‘Our Ways of Learning’
‘Our Ways of Learning’ was commissioned by TAFE NSW to become their new Aboriginal Visual Identity.
STORY:
Our ways of learning are ancient and powerful, with no start and no end. From the beginning of time we exist in the flow of living knowledge that was gifted to us from our Ancestors. Living knowledge moves through the stars, the land and the waterways, feeding our minds, bodies and spirits with ancient stories that pass through each generation to tell us who we are and what our place is in the world.
Our lives are endless journeys of learning, each of us on unique yet intersecting pathways that connect us with each other, our Elders, our communities and ourselves. No matter where we find ourselves along the path towards learning, we can find comfort and safety in the support of our teachers, our mentors, our Elders and our community, who give us the confidence and strength to dream and grow.
Everyone is welcomed and embraced on the journey of learning, because our people and our communities thrive when we learn together. Everywhere we go, every yarn shared and every story told creates a spark that opens our minds to discovery, understanding and possibility, ensuring that the flow of living knowledge never ends.
